Pat’s life experiences have prepared him well to be an effective voice for the people of Johnson County:
One of Pat’s top priorities has always been to bring integrity, professionalism and responsible leadership to the Johnson County Board of Supervisors. He will continue his work to assure that all county services are provided in a friendly, effective and time efficient manner. As the Johnson County Board of Supervisors Board Chairman in 2007, Pat’s leadership was instrumental in ensuring that Johnson County was able to maintain a balanced budget despite state and federal funding cuts and unfunded state mandates.
Drawing on his over 23 years of multi-million dollar budget preparation experience, Pat has displayed the courage to make the tough decisions in these difficult budget times. He knows how important it is to protect the taxpayers of Johnson County.
The people of Johnson County can continue to count on Pat to always be looking for better ways to provide the best human services possible, enhance the lives of seniors, and protect our environment and the farm land of Johnson County.
